How quickly can you take over my accounting?
The whole operation takes us exactly 3 business days. We contact your previous accountant ourselves and pick up the documents. We check the correctness of records from the last 12 months to catch any errors. You just sign one authorization.
How much will I really pay for the service monthly?
For a small company on a lump sum, the rate is 274 PLN per month. Maintaining full commercial books costs 1,187 PLN. The price is fixed and depends on the average number of invoices from the last 3 months. We don't add hidden fees for every phone call.
Who is responsible for errors during a tax audit?
We take full responsibility for our calculations. If the Tax Office calls you for explanations, we go to the audit instead of you. Since September 2013, none of our 483 clients has paid a single zloty in penalty due to the office's fault.
When will I find out how much tax I have to pay?
Every document that reaches us, we record within 48 hours. This gives you a view of your real profits almost on an ongoing basis, and not just at the end of the month. In 2024, we helped clients raise their margin by an average of 9.4% through quick cost analysis.
Do I have to bring invoices in person to 1 Maja Street?
You don't have to waste time commuting to the office in Opole. 87.3% of our clients send invoices in the form of scans or photos through our secured panel. However, if you prefer paper, you can leave the documents in our box on 1 Maja St. at any time.
Will you help me with the registration of a new company itself?
Yes, we help from the very first step. We fill out the CEIDG and VAT-R applications on your behalf. Registration of a new business usually takes us 3 business days. Since the beginning of the year, we have guided 87 new entrepreneurs through this process.
